Daniel Bremer’s whole approach throughout the transaction was professional and thorough. In addition to the perimeter check which took about 40 minutes, he spent time in our roof – and discovered that while some of the timbers had been affected by house borers in the past, thankfully there was no evidence of an existing problem.
I was impressed by SWATAPEST’s dedication and the time spent in ensuring that we received the best possible advice and assistance. As a result, we have proceeded with the bait station option. We have cats, and are concerned about chemical treatments of any description on our block. My wife and I feel that the bait stations will be effective as well as environmentally friendly – and we like the idea of the white ant colonies being eliminated at the source of the problem.
