Non Chemical.
EXTERRA INTERCEPTION and BAITING SYSTEM with an optional $100,000 timber replacement guarantee
Wherever possible, SWATAPEST advocates a non chemical approach. The Exterra Baiting System is a world recognised, non-toxic form of protecting the home from a termite attack. Many years of research have gone into the development of this extremely popular and effective baiting system. Exterra is used on all continents with outstanding success - and better still, the product is totally harmless to adults, children, pets, vegetables and flowers.

The bait stations are placed in the ground around the exterior of the home. Each station has the most ideal food source to attract the termites. We also add an ingredient called Focus which is a slow releasing CO2 termite attractant. By combining these two strategies, we guarantee that the termites will go for the station instead of the home.

We inspect each station onsite every six to eight weeks for termite activity. When a station has been attacked by termites, we add a delicious growth inhibitor to the station called Requiem. It doesn’t actually kill the termites it just stops them from being able to shed their outer shell. The latter becomes brittle and they die - but not before having spreading the substance throughout the colony. And as for humans, Requiem is less toxic than table salt, and is guaranteed to kill the entire colony. It’s for this reason that we say the Exterra system deals with termites at their source.
One of the reasons we like Exterra is because they offer a $100,000 timber replacement warranty. While most chemical companies decline to put their money on the table in such a way, Exterra is so confident that your home will be protected that they offer a generous and realistic warranty. Please ask us for a quotation based specifically on your property. Your annual warranty remains in effect as long as we continue to look after your system.
With the Exterra bait station system, we may also be able to offer you interest free payments. Conditions do apply – please ask us for more information.
